I Will Solo

Solo mining odds calculator — Fast. Private. Transparent.

Ravencoin Calculator

Calculate your chances of finding a Ravencoin block as a solo miner. Popular GPU mining coin.

How It Works

🧮

The Math

Your probability of finding a block is proportional to your hashrate vs the total network hashrate. We use P(≥1 block) = 1 − (1 − p)n where n is the number of blocks in the period.

Steps

  • Select your coin above
  • Enter your hashrate in any unit
  • Hit Calculate — results are instant
  • No data is ever sent anywhere
🔒

100% Private

All calculations happen in your browser. No server, no tracking, no account needed. The network stats are based on public data — your numbers never leave your device.

Network Data

I Will Solo is an open tool for solo Ravencoin miners who want to understand their odds of hitting a block based on their hashrate. Ravencoin uses the KAWPOW algorithm and is popular among GPU miners.

Assumptions & Notes

  • Algorithm: KAWPOW
  • Network hashrate: ~2.20 TH/s
  • Block time: ~1 minute
  • Network hashrate based on KAWPOW algorithm.
  • Results are educational, not financial advice.
  • Solo mining is rare and high-risk — but possible.

FAQ

Yes! Ravencoin uses the KAWPOW algorithm, which is designed to be ASIC-resistant and GPU-friendly. Cards like the RTX 3070 and RX 6800 XT perform well. With 1-minute block times and 1,440 blocks per day, there are more chances to find a block compared to Bitcoin.
The current Ravencoin block reward is 2,500 RVN. Ravencoin halves its block reward approximately every 4 years (every 2,100,000 blocks). The frequent block times (1 per minute) give solo miners more attempts per day.
Technically yes — every hash has a chance. A typical GPU at 15-30 MH/s would face very long odds, but Ravencoin's lower network hashrate compared to major coins makes it one of the more accessible solo mining options for GPU miners.

It's hard, but not impossible 🎯

Finding a Ravencoin block with a small hashrate is extremely rare — but it's not impossible. Just like winning the lottery or flipping ten heads in a row, statistically improbable events do happen. Every day, someone somewhere gets lucky. Maybe that someone could be you. ⛏️

Event Estimated Odds
Getting struck by lightning in a year 1 in 1,220,000
Flipping 10 heads in a row 1 in 1,024
Being dealt a royal flush in poker 1 in 649,740
Winning the lottery (EuroMillions) 1 in 139,838,160
Being struck by lightning twice in a week 1 in 9,000,000,000 (estimated)
